This small, family estate was established in the 1840’s and is a 5th generation family champagne producer.

Our unique vineyard, located in the South of the Champagne appellation area, offers exceptional geological and climatic characteristics which gives each of our champagnes unique aromatic expressions.

Lying on almost 18 hectares, our vineyard is located in the fascinating region of Côte des Bar, more precisely in the Barsuraubois in Baroville which is often referred to as the birthplace of Pinot Noir which was planted by the Cistercian monks as early as the 1100’s. The breakdown of grape varieties that we grow is 70% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Meunier.

As a grower, the entire development process is carried out at the property in respect of family traditions. Thus, the greatest attention and quality control are brought to each development step of our products, from our vineyard until you indulge in our magnificent champagnes.

This Grand Cuvee intimidates the silkiest of Blanc de Blancs purists. Pure yet complex, only the exquisite head of harvest is used and carefully pressed to extract the juice.

Slowly matured for a minimum of 5 years on the lees including 8 months in oak barrel, this fine Extra Brut shows sustained gold yellow.

On the nose we are introduced to notes of white pepper and vanilla spice before a light, woody, candied fruit and honey appear.

The palate is fresh and lively with expressive notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapple.

As expected this vintage champagne finishes generously with finesse and complexity and is complimented from the stunning designer-styled bottle.

Aged for a minimum of 5 years on the lees including 8 months in oak barrel.
