Refund Policy
We're confident that our products represent excellent value for money, and we're proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you're not satisfied with a purchase you've made online or on the phone, just email us at customerservice@bordeauxandbeyond.com. We will then organise to pick up the stock and deliver replacement stock or refund if the product is no longer available.
For rare and old wines, replacement will be fulfilled via the winery/producer if the product is faulty. A sample will be collected and sent to the winery for analysis before a replacement (closest vintage that is available) is delivered.
