A delicious and sustainably-produced white wine using grapes from the younger vines growing in clay, limestone soil. A blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette which are harvested by hand in the early morning hours then transported to the winery in open-top crates to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.
The wines are vinified separately in stainless streel tanks with a non-malolactic fermentation thus preserving the acidity, freshness and balance of the wine and capturing the flavours and character of these unique vineyards. Mouth: Fresh with a depth of minerality mid-palate, the wine brings zesty notes of apple, pear, smoke and salt ending with a relatively fruity, long finish.
