This small, family estate was established in the 1840’s and is a 5th generation family champagne producer.

Our unique vineyard, located in the South of the Champagne appellation area, offers exceptional geological and climatic characteristics which gives each of our champagnes unique aromatic expressions.

Lying on almost 18 hectares, our vineyard is located in the fascinating region of Côte des Bar, more precisely in the Barsuraubois in Baroville which is often referred to as the birthplace of Pinot Noir which was planted by the Cistercian monks as early as the 1100’s. The breakdown of grape varieties that we grow is 70% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Meunier.

As a grower, the entire development process is carried out at the property in respect of family traditions. Thus, the greatest attention and quality control are brought to each development step of our products, from our vineyard until you indulge in our magnificent champagnes.

Primarily from Pinot Noirs this traditionally made Rose de Saignee Brut has a deeper pink dress, nuanced by bubbly white foam. The nose expresses intense raspberry notes and red fruits.

Blended from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay this NV Champagne has a generous palate of ripe red fruits, duplicating its nose with delicate tannin and sweet spice aromas. The minimal use of Chardonnay in the blend contributes to subtle freshness and charming length making it the perfect spring / summer apero.

Cépage 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
